By using the MAGU site and products you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The free tools
The tools at /products/ are free, need no account and come with no availability guarantee. They may change, gain usage limits or go offline. Paid products, such as Orbit Browser and splitOS, have their own terms presented at purchase.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the products for illegal activity or to distribute malware or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Don’t try to bypass usage limits, overload the servers or access other people’s data.
- cpfOS generates numbers for software testing only. Using a generated CPF to impersonate someone is a crime.
Your content
What you create or send remains yours. In nephOS and filOS content is encrypted in your browser and we cannot read it. Keep a copy of what matters: notes and files are destroyed by design.
Liability
The products are provided as is. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the free tools, to the extent permitted by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code.
Law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of São Paulo, SP, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue at their own domicile.
